ALO Finland in India.

I was impressed by this government school, its teachers and kids.

Their etho at the gate goes: “Go out to serve your country & countrymen.”  

It was a good school to test how video can easily and affordably enhance global education. Finnish primary year 5 pupils taught 9-10 year old school children and teachers in Bangalore, India, the Magic of Code.

First a little introduction to Finland, collaborative and fun learning. Then the Finnish pupils took over the coding lesson via video.

After the video both the little learners and teachers knew exactly what to do and how to play the coding game. I just love the “hands in the air”-action and both children and teachers are learning together.
